Morning workout
  • 15 reps of mountain climber then 1 minute of sprinting x4 
  • 15 squats, 15 lunges, 10 leg lifts (each leg) x4 
  • Fat melting workout x4 
  • 40 sit-ups 

Night-time workout  

I usually net around 1,200 calories in a day without any junk food or very high fatty foods.

My name is Mackenzie I’m 13 years old. I live in Canada. I weight 147 pounds. I am 5’5. And this is my weight loss blog.

You’d probably think I’m 13 I shouldn’t be worrying about this but I do. I am unhappy with the way I look right now and I’m going to change that. The healthy way. I do not starve myself, puke, over exercise etc. I do not promote any of that either it’s unhealthy and very dangerous.
